What we value

We hire for these. We fire for the opposite. They show up in every standup, every review, every shipped feature.

Dealers before decks.

If it doesn't help a dealer principal sleep at night, we don't ship it. We talk to customers every week, on the floor, in the F&I office, at the parts counter.

Clarity beats cleverness.

The best code, copy, and design are the ones a new hire understands on day one. We resist elaborate abstractions and cute marketing.

Ship in weeks, iterate in days.

Small, frequent releases with real customer feedback beat quarterly waterfalls every time. If a PR sits open for 48 hours, someone failed.

Write it down.

Decisions, designs, and postmortems live in the doc tree. Slack is for conversation. Docs are for memory. Async beats synchronous when the thinking matters.

No performance theater.

We don't do LinkedIn humblebrags, status-heavy standups, or "how did we get here" all-hands. Do the work, log the outcome, go home.

Hiring process

One-pager and a link. No cover letter needed. We read every application within 72 hours.

Intro call

30 minutes with the hiring manager. We'll tell you exactly what the job is. You tell us what you want from your next role.

Paid trial project

4–8 hours of real work, compensated at $250/hr. A small, scoped problem from our actual backlog. You keep the IP if we don't hire you.

Panel

Three 45-min conversations with future teammates. One values, one craft, one co-founder. Offer within a week.
